HearNow is a device manufactured by BioFluent Technologies. It consists of an EEG headset that someone wears in the form of a sweat-band that one might wear to the gym. The headset reads the brainwaves of the user. HearNow converts these signals into an audio soundscape. The idea is that if the user can calm their mind the music will be nice, if the music is hectic, the user knows that they are not meditating well. The technical lead for the device is, Beau Silver, who received a master's degree from Stanford in music, science and technology.
