Seppo Nurmi is a member of the Toronto Zen Center which is part of the triple Sangha, or community that the Vermont Zen Center is a part of. In his interview he describes how he came into contact with zen buddhism, how it helped him throughout his struggle with cancer, and why his practice is important to him.
